Planning Update
Recently, the SEAMO staff participated in meetings with press and supplier members in the Carolinas and Atlanta regions to collect input and measure interest in restarting a regular schedule of luncheon meetings with speakers from various industry manufacturers and suppliers.

Although the staff has assisted numerous prospective speakers over the last several months with tentative plans for meetings, tight budgets have likely been the culprit behind these events failing to come to fruition. With profitability now beginning to return to the industry, we need to be proactive with suggesting topics, locations and times that will draw sufficient attendance to justify support for these meetings.
